Losing 130 Pounds by Walking Regularly

Laura lost 130 pounds in two and a half years and has kept the weight off for over 18 months. Developing walking into a daily habit and cutting white starch and sugar from her diet were key components to her tremendous weight loss success.

Now she is a motivational coach and leads lunchtime fitness walks.
