Getting Hooked on Botox At a Young Age

Some women (and men) are starting Botox treatments at a very young age. Last year there were more than 400,000 botox procedures performed on women between the ages of 19 and 34.

Considering that once you start you can't really stop, that's quite a financial commitment over a lifetime. And there have not yet been any long-term studies about the health effects of botox injections over many years.

I recently got my first Botox injection at age 29. I was given 30 cc's. I LOVE IT!!! I was so skeptical and I researched this procedure and read so much about doing it at 29. I went out last weekend and I had people that have known me and see me regularly say, "Wow, you really are looking great." Not only was this a total confidence booster, but I do look like I did at 25 before the forehead lines and the creases between my eyes formed. I say do it!!!! However, make sure you find a great person to give the injections.
